About IPLC

The initial design of the IPLC started in 1993 with initial test sites installed in 1994. In 1996 there were approximately 600 units installed in Winnipeg, Manitoba to various commercial, industrial and multi-tenant facilities.

With having more than three years of field data and endorsements from Manitoba Hydro and Winnipeg Hydro Power Smart program's, an addition to the manufacturing facility was built in 1997-98 to satisfy increased demand. The IPLC unit, handheld and all accompanying software has been designed and manufactured in-house. This in-house approach has enabled top notch quality control and has enhanced customer satisfaction. The IPLC with it's many innovative design features has gained wide acceptance for it's engineering excellance, as shown with Patents being awarded in both Canada and the United States.

Dr. G. Rosendahl, P.Eng. with over 15 years experience in electrical and computer systems continues to develop new software and hardwares for the IPLC product line.
