What method of payment can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.


Where is my order being shipped from?

Orders are shipped from Elie, Manitoba Canada.


How will my order be shipped to me?

All orders are shipped by Canada Post.


How long before my order is shipped?

Orders will typically ship within 1 week to 10 days from the date the order is placed.


Will you provide me with a tracking number once my order ships?

If you provided an email address when you placed the order, a tracking number will be sent to you.


What is the shipping cost or is it included?

The shipping cost is included in the price per unit which covers regular shipping service.


Can an item be returned for refund?

If the unit has not been installed, it can be returned for a refund on the product cost only (shipping charges are not refunded) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be in the original package and include all items received in the box. You are responsible for return shipping costs and collect returns will not be accepted.


Do I need to obtain an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number before I can send a return?

Yes you must call us at 1-800-665-0252 (Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. & Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time) or email [email protected] to obtain an RMA number before returning any product.


Does a load need to be attached to change the profile on the M4 cord?

You can make the change with no load attached, place your finger on the profile selector, the LED light will rotate between green and yellow. When the profile light you want is showing (ie yellow LED) remove your finger from the profile selector button. The LED light will return to flashing green showing it is ready to accept a load. When you attach the load the LED light will be solid yellow and the diesel profile will be in place.


How do I Make a profile change with a load attached?

To make a profile change with a load attached, be sure the LED is solid indicating the load is attached, press the profile selector, the LED light will change to the other profile (ie it was solid green, it will change to solid yellow).


If I change to diesel will this be selected profile the next time I attach a load?

The profile that is selected when the load is removed is the same profile that will be in place the next time a load is plugged into the M4.
